We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we ship from multiple fulfillment centers, and the return address listed on your package is not necessarily the correct return address. You must contact us before shipping your item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is due to seller error, we will cover return shipping and/or replacement costs as applicable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above (unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
