Will a physical print be shipped?

No. A digital-download purchase includes printable artwork files only. Nothing is packed or mailed unless you choose a separate printed version linked on the product page.

How do I receive my files?

Download access is provided after checkout using the order email and customer account. If a link is missing, delayed, or expired, the digital-download help hub explains the recovery steps.

Which print sizes are included?

Included ratios and crops vary by artwork. Review the product images and crop guide before purchase, then choose a listed size that matches one of the delivered files.

Where can I print the artwork?

Use a capable home printer, a local print shop, or an online printing service. Keep the original aspect ratio and ask the printer to avoid automatic cropping unless you approve it.

Can I give the finished print as a gift?

Yes. You may print the artwork for personal home, office, or gift use. The source files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as a reusable download.

Why are digital downloads useful for holiday gifting?

They do not depend on a shipping cutoff, so you can buy, download, and arrange printing on your own schedule. Leave enough time for your chosen printer, paper, framing, or gift presentation.

What if I have a file or printing problem?

Keep your order number and checkout email handy, then use the digital-download help hub. We can help identify the correct file and troubleshoot access, while the refund policy governs eligibility for order adjustments.

The background features a deep blue sky with a large, luminous halo behind the woman, enhancing her ethereal presence. The overall style is reminiscent of folk art, with bold colors and a decorative approach, emphasizing harmony with nature.
